Maciland is a family practice in the truest sense — founded, led and run by clinicians who still see patients.

Founder & President

Dr. Durojaye Lasisi

Dr. Lasisi founded Maciland in 1996 with a conviction that quality medical care should be within reach of every Nigerian family, not just a privileged few.

A member of the Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria since 1996, he is a long-standing advocate for pharmaceutical advancement and for private practice standards in Nigeria.

He continues to lead the group's expansion, its partnerships and its community outreach programmes.

Dr. Durojaye Olabimpe

Dr. Olabimpe is a family medicine specialist who oversees clinical operations across all three Maciland branches.

Her focus on maternal and child health has shaped the group's antenatal, delivery and paediatric services, and she leads the expansion of surgical capacity.

She sets the clinical protocols, training and safety standards that every Maciland team follows.

"Healthcare is a service before it is a business. If a family can walk into our hospital at 2am and be treated with the same care they would get at noon, we are doing our job."
