About us

Nearly three decades of care for Nigerian families

Maciland Group of Hospitals began as one small clinic in Ijegun in 1996. Today it is a group of three hospitals across Lagos and Ogun State, built on the same promise: quality care that ordinary families can afford.

Our story

From one clinic to a group of hospitals

Founded by Dr. Durojaye Lasisi, a member of the Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria since 1996, Maciland set out to close a simple gap: good medical care that did not cost a family everything they had.

What began with general consultations grew steadily into maternal and child health, laboratory services, ultrasound diagnostics, nursing care and minor surgery. Under the clinical leadership of Dr. Durojaye Olabimpe, a family medicine specialist, our standards of care and safety have grown with us.

All three branches now operate 24 hours a day, so no patient is turned away because of the time on the clock.

Beyond our walls, we have delivered free surgery programmes for many years — treating goitre, hernia, fibroid, prostate and lump conditions — alongside partners such as ARSPON, the Wisdom Health Support Foundation and the Soyuznik Alumni Association.

Our mission

To deliver quality, affordable and accessible healthcare to every patient who walks through our doors — with dignity, compassion and clinical excellence.

Our vision

Healthier families and stronger communities across Nigeria, served by hospitals that are trusted, well-equipped and always open.

What guides us

Our values

Patients first

Every decision starts with the person in front of us — their comfort, dignity and understanding of their own care.

Affordability

Quality treatment should not depend on income. We keep our care accessible to working families.

Integrity

Honest diagnoses, clear pricing and referrals when a patient is better served elsewhere.

Community

We grew out of the neighbourhoods we serve, and we keep giving back through outreach and free care programmes.
